Any significant hazards or incidents encountered during a business visit should be reported to a Director.
7. Lone Working
Where an individual works alone, whether from home, a shared workspace or while travelling for business, they should take reasonable precautions appropriate to the circumstances.
Where a particular activity presents an increased risk, suitable arrangements should be agreed in advance.
Individuals should not undertake work where they reasonably believe conditions present a serious or unacceptable risk to their health or safety.

10. Accidents and Incidents
Work-related accidents, injuries, significant near misses or dangerous occurrences should be reported to a Director as soon as reasonably practicable.
Nexus Spark Group will maintain appropriate records and investigate incidents where necessary to identify whether additional preventative measures are required.

11. Wellbeing and Work-Related Stress
Nexus Spark Group recognises that health and safety includes consideration of work-related stress and wellbeing.
We aim to promote reasonable workloads, effective communication and a working environment in which concerns can be raised openly.
Anyone experiencing work-related stress or other wellbeing concerns that may be affected by their working arrangements is encouraged to raise the matter with a Director so appropriate support or adjustments can be considered.
12. Contractors and Temporary Workers
Where Nexus Spark Group engages contractors or other workers directly, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that relevant health and safety responsibilities are understood.
Where candidates or temporary workers are placed with a client organisation, health and safety responsibilities will depend on the nature of the engagement and contractual arrangements.
Nexus Spark Group will seek appropriate information from clients where necessary and expects clients to provide a safe working environment, appropriate induction, supervision, equipment and information relevant to the work being undertaken.
Workers are expected to comply with the client’s reasonable health and safety policies and promptly report significant concerns.
13. Consultation and Reporting Concerns
Nexus Spark Group encourages employees, workers and contractors to raise health and safety concerns.

Health and safety concerns should normally be reported to a Director.
14. Training and Information
Nexus Spark Group will provide appropriate health and safety information, instruction or training where required by the nature of an individual’s role or working environment.
